How I Work
As an Integrative therapist, I combine several theories –
Person-Centred, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Attachment, and my approach is tailored to your individual needs. I offer a supportive and positive environment to enable you to work with me on issues causing difficulty. I provide a safe space where you will be seen and heard without judgement and will be free to speak about what concerns you.
We can work long-term or for a shorter period of time, depending on what is appropriate for you. We will agree on this in the initial session.
I work with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures and am culturally sensitive.
I work in English and Russian.
I undergo regular supervision for my clinical work and maintain professional development.
I abide by the Code of Ethics of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I work online and in Balham, South London. Please email me or call me on +44 7918 867 061 or +7 929 949 1956 to book an appointment.
